REFUND POLICY

The customer has 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a full refund, provided the product is unused and free of any significant defects. The refund request must be submitted via email to vibrainstruments@gmail.com, where instructions for preparing the return package will be provided. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
